Project Planning and Management
Many modern organizations work on a project basis.  This approach proved to be efficient in many sectors, in commercial as well as in non-profit organizations.   It is especially important in a changing environment.  It gives an organization a possibility to dedicate or create a special group and rapidly respond to this or that challenge.  At the same time, this approach provides not an ad hoc but rather a goal oriented, rational response consisting of planned steps.
CTC offers a Project Management Course based on the Project Management Lifecycle Method.  The given program is tailored for public and civil organizations working in the development programs.

CTC also offers Business Project Planning and Management Courses.
Public Policy Analysis and Development Skills
Public Policy Development and Analysis is developed for participants interested in public policy and have some experience in this sector or plan to actively participate in improvement of public policy in future.  The present course is for public servants and for representatives of the civil and private sectors as well.The Program focuses at specificities of the public policy in the context of the State sector and also at practical analytical skills required for the policy development and practical implementation. 
Policy Analysis is a problem solving analytical procedure which gives the training participants a possibility to independently identify problematic issues in various spheres of the public sector, develop alternative solutions and select the most optimum ones.
Training structure and contents offer our participants an opportunity to gain public policy development and analysis skills.Therefore, the training includes many practical assignments, group works and case studies.

Human Resource Management
CTC has developed a 5-day standard Human Resource Management Course, although, stemming from the customer requirements and needs, we can offer special courses on the following issues: leadership, motivation, work analysis and planning, staff evaluation, personnel training.
General Management Skills for Medium Management   

This course is interesting for commercial, non-for-profit and public sector representatives who work in managerial positions.  During the course our participants will be able to cover the following issues:
•    Management- what is management? Who are the managers? What are the management's functions?
•    Organization and its components
•    Managerial function- planning: planning issues
•    Managerial function- organization: structure and description of main processes in an organization, team and team-building,   team roles, job descriptions, organization of meetings.
•    Managerial function- motivation: leadership and leadership styles; how to motivate employees, organizational structure.
During the training participants will do some individual and group exercises and receive training materials in Georgian.

Quality Management System and Audit (ISO 9001-2000)
In a modern society, when the competition is very acute, production of high quality output and provision of services is of a vital importance for any organization.  Therefore, the Management should be able to introduce quality control systems and bring them to conformity with the International Standards and ensure uninterruptible organizational development.

Customer Service Skills
Any company, business structure, public service or a non-governmental organization has its customer, whose satisfaction is the company's main goal.  Customer satisfaction depends not only on a quality of offered goods but largely on a quality of service provided.  It is well-known that for a good quality service we need to have well-trained personnel who possesses general customer service skills.  After a corresponding training, any person is able to improve quality of service and to enjoy his everyday work and not to get bored of the routine.  The goal of the course is to offer the participants effective customer service knowledge, develop their skills and also create a positive attitude towards customers and the job that in future will help participants to further develop their professionalism and quality of service, satisfy and even exceed customers' expectations.

Small Business Administration
Support to entrepreneurship, small and medium business is considered to be one of the strategies of economic development and poverty reduction.   Since 2006  CTC works with small businesses.  We have trained more than 200 active and start-up small businesses.   Small Business Administration Course has been tailored especially for the small business representatives (maximum duration is 50 hours).  The course is a business simulation and helps participants to master business planning and analysis tools in practice.

Presentation Skills
In our work-life sometimes we have to make presentations when we represent our organization, particular project, product or service.  Effectively conducted presentation often is the basis for success.   Accordingly, professional preparation of the presentation and presentation itself are very important skills. 
CTC offers the course on presentation preparation methods where you will be able to obtain those important details that in the end make your presentation interesting and convincing.

Development of Adult Learning Programs and Adult Teaching Skills
