The aim of the Center for Training and Consultancy is to support strengthening human and organizational capabilities and potential and promoting good management and administration practices.In this way we wish to contribute to the process of social and economic development. We believe that sustainable social and economic development of the country is only possible if individuals or organizations undertake the leadership of developing processes having the ability of proper and consistent use of resources.We think that participation and transparency should be an essential practice of modern management and administration, especially for those organizations that lead their activities for the cause of achievement of better democratic structure and social justice. Only those institutions and organizations are able to have a sustainable effect that are guided by the above values and that constantly improve structures and programs.
