Developing small business in Georgia - experience of Center for Training and Consultancy

Since 2005 CTC got involved in the field of small business development. In the beginning the organization’s activity was limited to training and consultancy on the matters of small business administration, although, over the years our scope of work has broadened. Center for Training and Consultancy directs its effort to increase availability of capital for small business through different funding schemes.  The organization has cooperated with variety of donor organizations.

Human Recourse Management System introduction practice in Civil Service Sector

On September 16, 2011, CTC , in close cooperation with Civil Service Bureau, initiated workshop on Human Recourse Management System introduction practice in Civil Service Sector.

The aim of the workshop was to share experience on HR issues according the example of Ministry of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia. Also to discuss and swap information about current HR Management system issues with HR representatives of various civil service institutions.

CTC supports to open art -café "Qedeli" in Sighnagi

On October 22, 2011 art café “Qedeli” was opened in  Sighnaghi. The founder of the art-café is a Union for Therapy of Socially Vulnerable People of Sighnaghi , working with mentally disabled adults since 2000. The café may become an extra income source for the organization. The two organizations, “The Centre for Training and Consultancy (CTC)” and “Centre for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG)” helped the organization to renovate the café and organize the presentation.
