Project aims to improve the practice of handling administrative complaints and to introduce the feedback mechanisms at the local level. To achieve the aim the project includes following specific objectives:

SO1: To develop a concept of feedback and complaint mechanisms on administrative
decisions at the local level with the high participation of different stakeholders;

SO2: To create procedural guidelines for municipalities in order to 1) handle the administrative complaints and 2) manage citizens’ feedback.

The project is implementing with the high participation of municipal decision-makers and the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure (MRDI).
