The project purpose is to facilitate introduction of intermunicipal model of capacity development for municipal servants in Imereti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Kvemo Kartli Regions. The model considers intermunicipal partnership for consolidated, joint procurement of training programs for civil servants through public tenders including preliminary capacity building needs identification and design of request for training services
