The project aim is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of education in Georgian public schools.
It offers to build the capacity of schools in organisational change and development in order to become learning organisations – that is, schools which would be proficient at creating, acquiring and transferring knowledge and learning among all school community members to consistently and continuously improve school performance. The project’s approach is to support schools in successfully mastering of the current reforms and changes, for instance to better incorporate new quality assurance principles, implement the current national curriculum standards, introduce remedial measures induced by the covid-19 pandemic.
