CTC CONTRIBUTION TO CAPACITY BUILDING OF REGIONAL HUBS
Within the framework of the project Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative (CSSIGE) 10 civil society organizations from Georgian regions were selected as civil society hubs, e.g. local resource centers. With the support of the Center for Training and Consultancy each of the regional hubs had an opportunity to assess their organizational capacities, as well as to develop and update their visions, strategies and action plans. CTC used participatory self-assessments and tailored consultations for this purpose.
Total of 85 consultations were held.
In 2020, the HUBs conducted final participatory self-assessment. The results of final-participatory self-assessment clearly demonstrates improvements in all domains of the organization – The average assessment score increased by 0.23 (9.7%) from 2.45 up-to 2.68.
TRAIN THE TRAINER PROGRAM FOR REGIONAL HUBS
Center for Training and Consultancy created 9 training modules and trained 30 representatives from 10 hubs to carry out following trainings in their respective regions:
