The component will be operational from 2022. Under the component, regional public organizations will be able to obtain grant funding for local government accountability and transparency advocacy projects. Advocacy should be based on the Local Self-Government Index ( www.lsgindex.org ) Evaluation results and identified needs.

The index-based third national assessment will be available in the fall of 2021. In order to effectively plan and implement advocacy campaigns, Center for Training and Consultancy will also assist interested organizations with capacity building through relevant training or consulting services.
