The project is focused on capacity building of civic activists, on the one hand and on the other hand, on assisting the development of the local self-government.

In the direction of civic activism support, the project considers to develop the international training program “Community Action Training” and to introduce it for young activists and civic leaders from Georgia, and from the other countries of the region, as well.

In the second direction, the project aims to develop and pilot the self-assessment of municipal services and self-assessment tools in up to 15 municipalities in order to enhance them more and employ widely.
