In order to strengthen civil society, the component envisages the development of possible scenarios (visions) for the development of civil society in Georgia, using the Transformative Scenario Planning (TSP) method, with the involvement of civil society actors.

For this purpose, it is planned to study and adapt the methodology with the support of international experts and to initiate and facilitate a large-scale  co-creation process. This initiative will help to deepen the dialogue between civic actors, better understand the existing reality, share visions and identify possible strategies for future development.
